Wallenstein Feed Mill & Warehouse
Our scope as the prime consultant and engineer of record included the architectural and structural design of the new mill included the design of the bin towers, receiving and loadout bays, warehousing and production spaces.
19 Regina Three Storey Office Building
Witzel Dyce was the responsible for the design of the renovation and addition to an existing brick and beam building. The scope of work included a structural review and retrofit of the existing building structure to convert the existing building to Class A office space.
This 32,000 square foot truck service center was designed using conventional steel framing and a precast hollow core partial second floor.
